Windows for a new pc

Go to solution Solved by NunoLava1998,

If your W7 isn't the OEM version, you can transfer the key. (so dont bother if its a prebuilt)

Otherwise, download the windows10 iso and just skip when it asks you for the key; your system won't be activated but it'll function normally except for personalization settings and a watermark (which you can remove apparently).

Get off windows 7, get windows 10 either by using google or by buying a key from a site like Kingpin for a fraction the price of retail.

You know, it's too many things you don't know, so the best option will be booting your existing win7 installation on new computer (yes, it will work in 80% cases, for 20% cases you'll need Paragon Adaptive Restore) and check if it activate or not. You may need to have ps2 keyboard or/and mouse too probably to install usb drivers.
