Im planning on getting a massdrop he4xx but need to know whats a good amp, amp/dac, or amp + dac combo (i think i prefer the first 2 tho), so what do you guys think i should get?

Those headphones don't need an amp.

Nothing too crazy, i guess at least 1000 but i think its more desireable if its less than 600

You don't need anything too powerful you could grab like a topping d30 or a Modi 3 as a dac and a JD's labs atom or a monolith liquid spark as a amp for like a total of around $200. But if you want to be set for any headphone you want you could grab the Monoprice thx AAA amp/dac desktop not the portable one for $500. But that overkill

I don't know what you mean by "full power." If your device can drive it with sufficient power, then you're getting enough wattage. They specifically made the hd 580x to be easy to drive.
