Removing "IdlingBuddyService"

I have literally no idea how this got onto my computer, but I need it off and it is next to impossible, I have looked everywhere and tried everything to my power, I found a piece of it called "ingenering group inc product" I seriously want this off of my computer and if anyone knows how to get rid of it please for the love of God help me

I tried this it just brings me to this

then type in the phrase and continue to uninstall. 

 

In the future, be smarter with your download choices as this came bundled with somthing you had downloaded as its a crypto currency miner thats hidden in your PC.

I got it through other methods, thanks... but if you really think I am stupid enough to not try and type in the phrase, like what? It just said failed to uninstall, virus are not just click to uninstall...
