this is from netcut, usually there is more computer. but now it only show my computer and this(fyi there is other computer on the wifi).

is this bad ? or something?

it's when an ad pops up and when you click on one.

Not necessarily bad but most of those ads are literally full of scams and viruses.
I usually find them when I'm watching from a free movie/tv site. Super annoying.
