PCIe x16 to 4 4x

Is there some kind of splitter to turn 1 16x pcie slot to, for example, 4 4x slots? (Not mining related). Although i will plug my gpu to one of the slots the rest will be for, raid card(s) and 10gb networking. My question essentially is, is this possible (for cheap preferably) or will i have to upgrade my board?

 

Ps. I'm using an lga1150 moba, so upgrading it will be pretty expensive since i will also have to buy ram and cpu. Thanks, in advance!

What are you using this system for?

 

If it's just a server and isn't going to be doing anything very intensive, then you'll most likely be fine with the integrated graphics.

For a server it might be cheaper to just use the integrated GPU. Then you can use your PCIe slots for other things.

It is a server, however it will be doing intensive gpu work, most notably video encoding and real time transcoding.
