That Intel loves all of it's consumers and wishes the well and wants to protect their privacy?

Can't be arsed to watch the video, but Intel ME is nothing new; you can find plenty of discussions about it online, if you just bother to Google.

 

Personally, I've disabled ME by modifying the BIOS on my server. Couldn't do it on the desktop yet, tho.

It's intent is to be used by network admins in corporate settings to remotely manage computers. I dunno, does that make it a backdoor?
