Hi guys, i'm currently running windows 10 latest version 1809.

Since few days, i paused windows updates to be resumed on 2019/5/7, because i was getting a blue screen every time i install some quality update, now i found that quality update got installed lately after normal booting to my PC, i just need to resume updates again to make sure everything is ok.

In case of some trouble happened, maybe i need to pause again, but i heard that i have to install some more updates before pausing for the 2nd time, i'm not sure from this, because this is maybe after the 35 days, but i still before that time.

So my question is: will i be able to pause updates again without forcing me to install newer ones first??

why not just leave your pc one night and let it finish all its updates then you can pause it without any trouble?

Please read my topic carefully, i was going in infinite loop of blue screens every time i try to install some quality update, just 1 quality update that released at 2019/4/2, the blue screen was showing up during the installation process only, but it got downloaded successfully, the installation step after downloading was showing me blue screens, that's why i paused updates to be able to use my PC, but after some days, i found that update got installed successfully after normal booting to my PC.

Check that SS from my PC build.404, this is the update released at April 2nd.

The pause for 35 day option is on the next version of Windows 10, coming up this May.

I know that, but that wasn't my question from the beginning. can you please give me an answer according to my question?

I want to resume windows 10 update again, but in case of some trouble happened, i need to pause again without forcing me to install the latest updates, can i do something like that??

Please note, this is before the completion of 35 days.
