i was looking to spend at most 500 including monitor and peripherals. so maybe 400 - 430 on the tower. it all depends on how good a deal i can get on monitor, speakers, keyboard, and a mouse.

This is about the best you'll be able to get new

I'd recommend looking at used parts

Hey so i'm thinking of starting a business, and in need of a cheaper computer that's beefy enough to handle photo and video editing at 1080p, i'm handy enough to build it myself, and intend to. so i was wondering if anyone could help me out with an optimized list of parts for price to performance based on the idea that itll be a workstation. If any of you lovelies would be kind enough to draw up a list like that, that would be wonderful.
