This has been going on since I built it this rig back in 2016 my first issue was that the cooling fan was not on properly (first time) but it still kept BSODing finally got the courage to update the motherboard a couple months ago which seemed to have fixed most of the issues. The only time it seems to BSOD now is when I let my brother play Insurgency Sandstorm on it (just have him not play it then I know lol). When that game was in beta it BSOD a lot but since its initial release it has gotten better. I hope I have the files from the BSOD it is difficult to get them when I'm not home and my brother doesn't know how to gather the information.

I have updated the motherboard the graphics card is kept up to date windows is kept up to date but when I look for solutions online it always turns back to updating drivers if there is something that needs updating that i am missing please let me know.

The BSOD error I normally get are: BSOD: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED; BSOD: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION these seem to happen at least once a week sometimes more and at random times not when specific things are clicked on but while in game.

Please let me know what else yall need.

Is anything overclocked?

That said, run MemTest86+ long enough to get some kind of answer on your RAM.

Hopefully this is the file you need. Memtest ran for a few hours and said that everything checked out just fine.

Thanks for the help.

Ok, your RAM is good, but your motherboard BIOS looks to be 3 years old. I'd start with an update to that.

If it still goes south from there, I'd like the windows crash dump files (typically called min dump files) posted here for analysis.

See this article (#5 in specific) for details

According to MSI's website I have the latest BIOS for my motherboard. I am looking for the minidump files and I cannot find them as of right now any suggestion on how to get them?

You may have to check if Win10 is actaully creating them when it crashes. No, I'm not sure how to do that, I don't use win10
