Hello, my name is Yordyni and this is my first time putting parts together on pcpartpicker. I wanted to make sure that I'm getting the right parts for the games I am trying to play which are (Fortnite: Battle Royale, League of Legends, The Elder Scrolls Online.) I'm also slowly trying to get into pc gaming because I would like to play another games as well but for the time being, this will have to do for now. I just would like any recommendations for my parts, monitor, overclocking and etc. My budget is $2000. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Yordyni/saved/mLXmqs

Btw I'm not planning on playing on 4K or anything GPU heavy game such as Red dead redemption 2. I just want a good starting point for the moment because most of my 4k gaming will be on my Xbox one X. I know why play on a console when you can get a beast pc but my reason is for playing single players/graphic based games is because. I just love the achievement system that Microsoft made. I know steam has an achievement system but it wouldn't be the same plus I been playing on Xbox since I was 13 years old so my achievement history is pretty big and it's just too hard to leave behind.

Here's a small revision, the motherboard was a little expensive for what you're going for so a step down in that department is some cash saved, although if the Maximus has some features you truly need then go for it.

A step up to an RTX 2060 would be warranted, you could get a little more performance for a little more money. Also, I added the G2 instead of the G3 for the PSU because it's a touch better, learn more here. (also, I removed Windows because you can use it for free)

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Which RTX 2060 should I get? All I know I want 3 DisplayPort because I'm planning on adding my 4k monitor later on.

A 2060 is an improvement over the 1070, yes. For non-4k gaming, an. HDMI to display port adapter would work if you really needed it. Also, when you want someone to see your response, use the quote button or @ them

You can buy a Windows key off ebay for $5 and it'll work fine most of the time, other times you can force ebay for a refund.
