So I decide to build a High End Gaming Server from Home. (Top Notch). Probably won't buy this build right a way, but later now.

I hope this machine can run: BF4, Arma 3, Starbound, couple minecraft server and pretty much any game that has a server side to it.

Not only for minecraft, other games as well.

What other games? Unless you're looking to profit from hosting a server, with high capacity, all you really need a basic computer with a lot of RAM.

BF4, Arma 3, CS:GO that the only games that i can think from the top of my head.

CS:GO and ArmA should be pretty easy. Don't you have to pay for a BF4 Slot?

Corsair CX series isn't really that great

What exactly is wrong with it?

I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason and intellect has intended us to forgo their use, and by some other means to give us knowledge which we can attain by them. - Galileo Galilei

The CX series, are corsair value series, they are quite decent units, but the components (specially the capacitors) are not top notch, there are plenty of better options

You can buy the CX 600, but I wouldn't bet $2000 of hardware on a $75 PSU.

The gpu is only necessary if you don't have one you can use to install and configure the system.

I suggest going to ATX as it is a more cost effective solution, allowing resources to be put into components that contribute to better server performance.

A good psu is required for an always on server. 80+ Gold actually can save a few pennies in this situation.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Raid 10

What for?

Are you only shopping from Memory Express?

When are you purchasing everything? If not soon, I'd suggest planning later. Parts and prices change frequently so any parts list you come up with now will likely be obsolete by the time you're ready to buy.
