dont forget to quote people. If your voltage from wall is unstable I would prefer a UPS over a PSU, just my opinion. Yes it's usable but not reccomended cause it might cause those problems

i mean, a vs can go just fine, but because it uses a technology that's more suitable for old PC's it can easily get out of atx specs, which can damage your components

Even on low budget builds, I believe that a SSD is a necessity. The performance boost over a hard drive is phenomenal.

I don't believe the performance difference is all that drastic, but if you can afford the Ryzen 5 then go for it.
