_Elon_

I have Celeron 2.9 Ghz dual core G3930 (budget build and experiment build) and what graphics card that wont get bottlenecked?

what games?

You may be able to manage an RX 580 even, excluding any current AAA titles and more modern stuff. There are a couple games out there that run great on a dual core.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Honestly, if you're going that route, get a used GPU. HD 7850s aren't that expensive.

some older things (by 2 years) or recent games that are really easy to run, at low settings and about 30 fps

get something less expensive then, used 1050 from eBay at most, older cards like a 750 ti are great for a dual core.

Yeah, I'd look at the used market for:

HD 7870

HD 7970

R9 270X

R9 280X

R9 380

GTX 770

GTX 780

GTX 960

GTX 1050ti

They should all be a nice cheap used buy, and be able to run plenty of stuff on 1080p at med/high settings. Great budget cards!

650 is pretty weaksauce, I really don't think anything less than a 750 ti is worth it.

I'd avoid a 50 series, honestly. As much as the 750ti is the famously inexpensive "Engine that could" it still ranks below even the 7870 in performance from what I've seen.

It's tough to beat that 280x or 770 in performance for what they are going for on the used market in the U.S. ($45-60 USD). I'd say that's kinda the sweet spot on that list I put up.
