Unless you plan on video editing get a cheaper cpu and a better gpu

I'd rather get a cheap 2060 and cheap 3000MHz memory sticks to get a motherboard that's not a disaster (cheaper ones that I can recommend are the Asrock Extreme4 or Gigabyte Aorus Elite, if you really have to, the Gigabyte Z390 UD could do in a pinch) and a cooler that has hope of letting you overclock the CPU (Scythe Mugen 5/Fuma or Thermalright Macho 140mm fan models). You're PC has more show than go

 

If you aren't overclocking, get the 8700 instead for a bigger SSD, also no need for an overpriced card
