Nah, your OC will be tied to your GPU itself. Not sure about the fan curve though.

If you use Afterburner, the profiles are there!

Probably a good idea to screenshot your Overclock settings anyway before possibly wiping them with a driver cleaning, win key+print screen is a shortcut for screenshotting on windows

Just depends. You added no context, so I assume you're using Radeon settings for OC. Seeing as how the default Geforce Experience app doesn't provide OC abilities.

In that case, doing a clean install would reset settings. Updating drivers without a clean install shouldn't reset wattman.

 

To further prevent this in the future, after applying the overclock, save the profile in a safe place other than the install folder(such as desktop, or documents.)

That way you can load profile after a clean install.

And as another person said, if you're using Afterburner or another GPU OC app that can save and apply on boot/logon updating shouldn't erase OC settings.
