Temperature difference in CPU on Radiator configuration?

What is the temperature difference when you have a push/pull config on your rad rather than just a pull config?

PC Set up 

CPU: I9-9900k

Mobo: Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro-Wifi

GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Gamin Z 

Cooling: Cooler Master ML360R AIO

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 16 GB 3000MHZ (8GB X 2) 

RAM: Corsair Vengence Pro Lighting Enhancement Kit (0GB X 2) 

Storage: Samsung 860 EVO 1TB 

PSU: EVGA SuperNova G2 750 W 80+ Gold Fully Modular 

Case: CoolerMaster MB511 RGB

Depends on the size of the rad, the speed and airflow of the fans, and the rad/fan location.

Also can depend on the CPU, where hotter CPUs can be massively affected and cooler CPUs generally don't care.

360mm Rad AIO. i have 3 pulling air in on the front mount, and 3 pushing air out (2 on the top and one on the back). My temps max at like 77 but that's with no overclock i9-9900k. Bigger question, do I buy 3 more fans for a few degrees or is it more?

In my experience, front mounted rads tend to have higher temps; but it can depend on how the case handles front intake. 

I  usually mount rads on the rear or top as exhaust. If you can't mount the rad on the top, you could try bumping fan speed to see if that helps; if not, I would replace those fans, but push/pull on the rad probably won't help you much. Some better CFM fans over the stock rad ones would probably be more effective.

Depends how dense the fin count is, is your rad a high FPI or a low one? You will get lower temps with more radiator space than you will with more fans on one rad. Also your cooling will be limited by ambient temps. Tl;Dr We need more information of your current set up, but more rad space is always the better option.
