So, I've been getting my laptop to run a lot cooler lately. Before, the CPU was hitting 200f with the fans on full. Now I have messed around in Throttlestop and changed the voltages. Now I have it set to run at the full 2.6GHz on just over 1 volt when plugged in and at 1.8GHz when on battery at 0.9 volts. (Stable)

Because I also messed around with the heatsink, the CPU stays perfectly cool at the 1.8GHz without the fan going at all. Now for the GPU, after running Furmark for a while with the fan off it hits 186f (86c) and the heat from it heats up the CPU quite a bit too. It is overclocked by about 200MHz on the core and VRAM but I have no voltage control over it so it runs at stock voltage. I feel that it could run at lower voltage at the same overclock speeds (Sliders in Afterburner are maxed) and at much lower voltage on stock speeds. Since Afterburner has no voltage control for the card, is there anything out there to control it? I can't do a BIOS mod on it because GPU-Z can't export the BIOS on it. (My Quadro is a NVS 160m BTW)

The real reason I wan't the fan going is because these laptop Quadros are supposed to be extremely good overclockers. I tried to get more performance by putting Phenom II and EVGA stickers on it (Like putting flames on a car) but that didn't work..

I tried doing a BIOS mod on my desktop's GPU because I max out the voltage in Afterburner and it still stays cool so I wanted more voltage. All I managed to do was set the stock voltage to the max..
