I recently bought a motherboard from newegg and have since decided to wait for Haswell so i am going to return it but for some reason newegg says it is non refundable! why would it be non refundable? what should i do i have never ever used it should i call newegg and ask them. ive only had the board for 10 days so i know that's not the problem but what should i do and if they don't let me return it what should i do with it? also i was going to use the refund money to get my mother a mothers day gift and now i may not be able to I'm in some predicament please please help me i don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!

You can call their customer service and ask them, that's about it.

Not to sound rude or anything but you should have figured out what you wanted before you bought the board because its not easy to return products and such. Also you should have bought from NCIX I have never had a problem with them at all. But good luck getting your board returned.

usually you have 14 days grace period, you should just say its not the board you thought and want to refund / change for a different one when the new cpu comes out. or get a credit note back to use in the future.

 

not sure if newegg is the same as other companys with return date but you should be able to.

got to love Asus components
