Ubiquiti Edgerouter X and Quanta LB4M

I have an LB4M switch that I am trying to use with my ubiquiti edgerouter X. So far I have gained console access through a serial cable. Then I turned on all ports and plugged in both a port on the main switch and the management port to the router. I got the management port to grab an IP via DHCP and that allowed me to get into webUI. I still cannot figure out how to setup this switch in just a normal switch way. The ports on the switch flash orange lights when I plug into it. I have tried enabling DHCP on the switch portion of the switch and it will not grab an IP. If anyone knows what I am doing wrong or any potential fixes I would love some help
