Need Help Picking Between Motherboards

The one with MSI board. the boards are pretty much the opposite of each other. The MSI board has no optional extras like RGB header, all it has is a solid VRM. same fan headers, some ports, that's it. The Asrock board has RGB headers, has SLI support, has Wifi and BT, but a low end VRM. imo it's like buying a utilitarian vehicle like an old Jeep, versus buying a riced out van.

I'm stuck between getting these two Ryzen 7 2700 bundles from newegg. I'm not really looking to overclock and will probably stay with the Ryzen7 2700 for several years. Which bundle would you guys recommend? Thanks!
