Check if you can find a GTX 970 at that same price. Similar performance but less likely to be mined on, or even just an alternative if you find a better deal.

I once gave Luke and Linus pizza.

I did get one but it had artifacts and it took a long time to get the money back through paypal, so im looking for something that isnt as old as 900 series card
