Multiple BSOD on pre-owned PC

Bought a PC 2nd hand on Monday, started getting crashes and BSOD yesterday, I have updated all drivers and rolled back the graphics one as I suspected that but still getting frequent BSOD. Please help.

OS - Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

CPU - Ryzen 7 1700X

Motherboard - Gigabyte AB350 Gaming

Video Card - Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB

PSU - Cooler Master 600W

There's a program called 'who crashed' try that out to read the dump files.
