hello, I am new to PC building and i am going to save up money for it. I am going for a $800 or below PC. I live in Michigan. I am going to use this PC for gaming/ streaming. I am going to stream and play Apex Legends, Fortnite, CS:GO, and other games like that. I'm going to use 2 monitors. I am going to use windows and I will keep the mouse and keyboard I am currently using. I am upgrading because I am using my mom and dads old computer, and I got a gt 710 graphics card for my birthday which is not very good. I currently have a list on PCPartPicker and I will link it. Any advice will help me! Thank you! (also i dont need a hdd cause i had a 1.35tb hdd and im only using about 35gb on it.)

This looks pretty good to me though I would spend a little more on the RAM to get 3200 MHz sticks since Ryzen likes fast memory a lot. You also might want to get a 2600X for a little more money and therefore not worry about overclocking but the one you have is still pretty good.
