So I'm running 3x 480mm 60mm thicc radiators in a loop with Revo D5 pump (all from EK).

 

When I ran it for 1st and 2nd day, the 1st GPU wouldn't go past 35C / 36C and the 2nd one would be 39/40/ and rarely 41C.

 

Now just over a week and a half later the GPUs are running slightly hotter. 1st one being about 40/41C now and the second one reaching 45/46C.

 

Nothing was changed, but I noticed one thing. I had to top up the res because some bubbles came out so I topped it up, and now after topping up 4 days ago, the level went down a little bit further, by maybe 3mm.

 

I checked for leaks and there are none.

 

Any ideas why temps went up by 5C - / +?

room temp changed

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

is the office entirely temp controlled to within 5C? if so then there might be a little air in the GPU blocks i guess

Yeah I was thinking same thing, but I guess it was wiser to ask on the forum 1st. Get 2nd opinion. I tried running pump at full speed to get some out. I might need to tilt the PC a bit to get it all out.

tilt it and lightly knock on the cards around the GPU area, might help if there is any air in there

Yeah Water Has Equalized fully and absorbed all temps from cards and adjusted for Room temp andsuch. Temps can vary by that much pretty easily just based off Thermal paste, Cards Warming up and down, Room Temperature, Certain heat pockets in your room, Having it running for longer and all that. 5C isnt something to worry about honestly.

I know, it bugs me though. Using Thermal Grizzly also, and it's been there 4 months or so so yeah. It could be it but I don't know.

 

I also tested with all fans running full tilt and pump running full tilt too but that doesn't change anything really.

Dust or buildup on the outside, or something blocking airflow? Only other thing that could have done it.

Dust could be it, the PC is in the same spot.

 

I might reinstall the entire system (I have to since new NVMe arrived) and some program could perhaps cause the temps to go up...

Block looks fine actually. I flushed the rads with 5L of de-ionised water before doing the loop.

The cpu. When my build was new I had a temp issue and the cpu was clogged. This affecting series temps and didn't think about it till I built it parallel. Limiting flow and lowering speed of what made it through. Cleaned it and everything back down to normal.
