Older video editor software

Hi

 

I have an older pc - Cant afford a new pc.

FX8350 

16gb Ram

AMD XFX Radeon R9 380X DD BLK OC Edition 4GB GDDR5 

 

I am looking for some video editing software that will run on this spec of PC and hopefully free.

Only want to do basic video editing, have some files from cameras that i want to put together and ad some text. Max is 1080p
