so let me begin by stating my specs. i have the i9 9900k and the evga ftw3 ultra rtx 2080ti. and my motherboard is the gygabyte aorus z390. and i have 32gb of ram 3000mhz. and my monitor is the asus pg348q 3440x1440 and 100hz. so i keep my fps capped at 97 for all games because i play with g sync on. my games felt like they were  running on 60hz instead of 100hz. thats how it felt like. even with the stable fps i had. my gpu usage were normal like.80% and more. and my cpu usage is low like 30%. and this problem kept happening for a while. and all of sudden yesterday. i turned my pc on. surprisingly everything was smooth as butter. even the assasin creed origin wasnt dropping fps like it was. what could possibly happened?
