Would This PC Run Well?

It will work OK with the 1060 for some gaming, but you could better. The processor, motherboard and ram are all outdated

Just replace it.

You can get a Ryzen 5 2400G and a motherboard for ~$200. No CPU cooler required since the 2400G comes with one.

That system would run many games fine, especially on 1080p in medium to high settings, but why bother?

 

Ryzen is better and even more affordable now that theyr'e dropping the prices.
