For 60fps? Never.

For 144fps? Likely on CPU Intensive games due to the rather low 3.6ghz all cores frequency the i7 6700 can reach and 8gb of memory in single channel hurts it somewhat too.

No. I'd only recommend 8GB RAM on low-ish end systems on a tight budget. For your case I'd get another 8GB of RAM(try to get the same speed, timings, model etc) along with that rtx 2060.

Depends on the game and res. So with little detail, I’ll say yes. And I hope you plan to upgrade the ram.
