Fans slow down sometimes on lag

I noticed that when I have lag sometimes, (GPU fans I guess, because I hear only them, others are always quiet) fans slow down... My temps are ok, both cpu and gpu are reaching max 65°c

My specs:

CPU r3 2200g

GPU rx 570 4gb

Ram 8 GB 2666mhz

Psu 500w

Still can't get used that all problems related to games are called "lag". Oh, well.

 

What you are seeing is GPU usage dropping when you get stutter, or lag as you call it. Fans aren't causing is. You can tweak fan profile if ramping annoys you.
