I have a question about pc building

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GkjnD2 | Hello everyone, my name is Yordyni and I just wanted to ask a very simple question which I was wondering if I will be able to overclock my Intel i7-9600k? I have done a small amount of research about pc building, picking parts etc and I just wanted an expert/average pc builder knowledge. I would also like your guys opinion on my build. My build is mainly focused on gaming at 1440p at max settings and the type of games I'm trying to play are Red dead redemption, Elder scrolls online, Skyrim/Fallout with a lot of mods, Fortnite/Apex legends, Fallout 76, I know it isn't out yet but I do want to play it (Halo master chief collection, Metro Exodus, Destiny 2, Sea of Thieves and League of legends. I might also like to try out streaming/youtube but I haven't decided because my schedule will be getting pretty busy with school/work and I would like to give it a shot at some point and I don't really have a budget but if I had to pick a budget I would guess it will be between $2800-$3500 for pc alone. I know what type of monitors I would like to get and I would like to have dual monitors which would add $1000 and something to my total build. but if you guys have recommendations please feel free to let me know and I would also like to talk about overclocking which I'm very interested in because most of the videos I have been seeing (JayzTwoCents & Linus) said mainly (JayzTwoCents) from what I have seen that if you are building a pc you should get the most out of your pc. plus he said most people skip on overclocking which he said isn't really hard and it's very hard to mess up. But thank you all for taking the time out of your day for helping me out today.

i7? i think you mean i5?

but yes, and no. you can overclock it, but you chose to get one of the overpriced fat 4 phases for 300 bucks from asus. i would rather consider this

Oh I forgot to mention I know I have i5 but I'm thinking of getting an i7 because of what videos and website are telling me. This isn't my final build this is just a temporary build which I'm working my way up. I'm very new to pc building so lot's of my parts are probably not what I need.

The Intel drive is using cheaper and worse memory technology, that's why it's cheaper, but also not as good as Samsungs drive.
