M.2 2242 SSD for my ThinkPad T580?

Hi,

I was searching for M.2 2242 (shortest one) SSD to replace my WWAN card with it in my ThinkPad T580.

I don't need LTE and I want HDD in 2.5" + SSD NVMe.

I found just some Transcend shits what have 550MB/s seq. speeds what means they are not NVMe SSDs.

Is there even some reasonable manufacturer making 2242 SSDs? Or I am just supposted to buy 1TB 2280 and fuck plotter drives :D I think I am not that rich :D

So, ive found a couple of 2242 nvme (im assuming thats what you're looking for) ssds on ebay but they come from hong kong:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Toshiba-240GB-M-2-2242-1600MB-S-Internal-Solid-State-Drive-NVMe-PCIe-SSD-Disk/332932722896?epid=6021108905&hash=item4d845630d0:g:5DYAAOSw1ExcCdrn

this one apparently is nvme rather than sata which si what you're talking about. these'll be a lot faster than sata

// Specs: //

// I5 4690K @ 4.0ghz//
