Overclocking Damage over short time?

So my CPU was on 1,5V for less than 2 hours. Ive set it back to Stock now because my cooler isnt powerful enough. Its an i5-9600k Is there any damage now? It never went above 1,5 the frequency was max 5,2 Ghz and Prime95 obv crashed the PC multiple times (BSODs)

I hope no damage occured. The Prime95 Extreme test works without a hitch on stock frequency.

Thanks.

Only for a couple of hours, I highly doubt it got damaged. Running high voltages can shorten the lifespan of the CPU if run for long periods. However, there have been reports of people running high voltages for years and their CPUs are still alive and kicking. Your mileage varies when it comes to overclocking and voltages.

Probably shortened the life by a day or so

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

No, I've ran my 6700k at 1.6v for about a month then 1.5v+ for over a a year or 2. 1.3v is just intel's safety net.
