Is it possible to upgrade the RAM on this laptop to 16GB? Also does this have quad channel on the TB3 or only dual channel?

It should be! Don't take my word for it though, contact the company first. I'm not sure about the channels.

Id say google it. Also most modern laptops can have more ram so yes probably. Also the specs on google should show if its dual channel or not

Based on Crucial's RAM configurator, no - they only provide SSD upgrade instructions because the RAM is soldered to the motherboard.
