Help in finding USB powered hub

Hi!

 

I need a good USB hub. It needs to be externally powered and have at least 4 ports (7 if possible) and it can't be extremely over-priced (20€ is about max).

 

I live in Europe so amazon.co.uk or other retailer that ships to Portugal will do.

 

P.S.: 20€ = 17£ = 27$
