Debug Code AE

When I try to boot up my new PC, it displays AE on the Motherboard LED Panel. According to my Motherboard Manual, this means Legacy Boot Event, which I don't have a clue what that means.

 

Specs:

i5-4670K

Asus Direct CU II GTX 760

MSI Z87M Gaming

Corsair Vengeance 2*4GB

WD Caviar Black 1TB

Corsair CX600M

(no OS due to failed POST)

 

When I turn my PC on, all the lights turn on, all the fans turn on e.t.c, but my TV that I'm using as a display, it just displays a message telling me that there is nothing to display.

Are you connecting the video cable to the motherboard, or to the Graphics card?

 

Are you on the right T.V. Channel.

Error code probably just means it doesn't have OS yet. Try connecting TV with VGA/DVI cable instead of HDMI if possible.
