Yeah you can have both of them plugged in but it's useless for gaming. You'll gain no performance from it. Stick with a single RX 570, it's better than the 1050 Ti and 1050.

That would just be a waste of money because those card are not meant to work together. Single Gpu setup is always better anyways so get the 570.
