Having lag in every game

So when im playing no matter what, and fps drops even if 1 frame i feel like im playing with 30 fps

2x8gb 3000

1tb+120gb sdd

 

Basically in every game, I have tried CS: GO, Fortnite, And Kovaak's Fps aim trainer

Temperatures and usage? What do those look like?

What power supply?

@KingNets Check your drivers if Slottr isn't able to fix the issue since I've had a problem one time where the drivers for my RX 580 caused all games to feel like the game was lagging till I went to a previous Driver Version

Temps are 60-70 C, usage are below 60, maybe even below 50 sometimes. 620W

It has been since I bought this pc I dont think the driver is issue

Even Having lag spikes in every 15 sec

Also clear installation to ssd

Just try to reinstall the drivers, use DDU:

DO be more specific I Didnt bought as a one set, I more like upgraded it. But I did clear installation of windows 10 last week and the problem was before the installation and now also so im pretty sure this isnt about the drivers

I also had the same problem with my i5-7400 and gtx 1050 ti thats why I upgraded and now having the same problem, makes me feel to sell this pc And buy ps4
