Do a system cleanup and update your drivers. How do you know that the CPU (Processor) is the problem? You are also describing something that sounds to me like damaged boot files, run the following 2 commands in CMD with administrator rights and check again:

1. CHKDKS

2. sfc /scannow

Is it new PC? Does your motherboard support that CPU?

It doesn’t post so I don’t think I can do that and my mobo has an EZDebug thing and the CPU LED is lit up
