3 or 4 Slot NVLink for ROG MAXIMUS XI Formula Motherboard?

I have the same board, your GPU will go in second and 3rd slot as it is labeled on the motherboard but I actually think it's the second and fifth slot if you're counting every expansion. With that being said I got the Asus nvlink 3 slot.
