considering your ambient temp of the room (which is over 90f) the cpu temp is fine

You're basically blowing hot air through your radiator so i'm surprised it's working as well as it is.

Hi, I built a pc about a month ago and its been operating well since, I've overclocked my ram and gpu and have had a really fun time learning more about computers. I have a Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L for a aio cpu cooler, from day 1 I've noticed when my cpu isn't under load my radiator fans are quite loud, I don't really mind as my friends are usually screaming at me through discord anyways, I researched how long aio's last just so I'd be ready for when I need a new one and while looking I stumbled into searching "how to determine if your aio is dead". In doing this I found people basing their cpu temps as a sign for their aio being dead, I live in Australia so its generally warm ambient but I am worried my cpu might be too hot, ambient is about 32-34c and my cpu is running at 43c under basically no load, is this too much? or is this to be expected with a aio?

Specs:

RX 580 8GB Saphire Nitro+ OC (1450 core clock, 2200mhz ram speed)

Ryzen 5 2600

16GB DDR4 @3200 (was 2666)

B450M-A

MasterLiquid ML240L

4x 120mm fans

550w 80+ Bronze PSU

Open your door, open a window get some cool air in.  74F is ideal.  No matter what cooling you have it all depends on room temp.  If its 90F then those are actually good temps lol,  Now imagine if its 74F in the room, your idles will go to low 30's and load wont go as high.

If Australia's end of summer/early fall is anything like up in the U.S. opening any windows/doors is going to make it really hot. Sounds like the OP needs a better air conditioner....if they even have one.

33c is with my ceiling fan on highest setting, door and window open, no AC :(. That temperature is about average for this time of year where I live unfortunately.
