Greetings all.

So those of you who had / have 1080ti's and have them OC'ed, what are u running ? Core, memory, voltage ?

I'm trying to get an idea of what to aim for / expect, since my 1080ti just arrived today and iv got it plumbed into my loop now. I've already put a quick + 140mhz on the core and 120% power target, no additional voltage , no memory OC, and get 2076mhz during a Valley loop with no power limits getting hit. Temps are fine, 38c max under load. Now its only passed Valley, im going to continue OC/testing tomorrow, just want to get an idea what to expect , from people here.

Obviously I've had a glance online and seen what others have got, seems like 2000-2100 is the kind range most get, is this correct ?

(The card I've got is the Gigabyte Gaming OC (that one with the white cooler))

Cheers

I'm still running stock with my EVGA FTW 3 1080 Ti ?

OCing video card makes pretty much no real world performance difference.  Only benchmarks will show higher numbers.  Games will perform the same.  It is not worth it to OC the core,, that will do nothing.  The VRAM OC is much more important and effective.  Raise the memory clock by 1000Mhz and go to stock on core clock and see how she runs.

I'll look into it at the weekend!

For any1 interested, i made a few OC profiles for a couple different benchmarks. But i think my daily , for now. will be as follows.

2088mhz Core (+152 Voltage curve OC)

1.05v

6237mhz VRAM (+724mhz)

Temp range 38-42c

Power Limited.

The power limiter does kick in a little in Superposition, more in Heaven, and ALOT in Valley.

Superposition score of 6360 @1080p Extreme. Had alot running at the time, was only for OC reference.

(Note: CPU at 4.6ghz)

Spoiler

I have another profile for zero power limit even in valley.

2012mhz Core.

0.981v

6237mhz VRAM.

Temp 38-40c

Ill probably find games that don't like the OC, so will tune as i go.

I may in the future flash the Bios to remove the power limit, apparently there's a XOC bios around that does that, but since this card only has a single Bios, I'm in no hurry , don't wanna brick it. At least with my 780 classi i had dual bios.
