Wired with Wireless

My wireless router is on the other side of the house, and can't be moved closer, and the wi-fi doesnt reach my room. 

However, I do have a cat6 cable running directly from a keystone next to the wireless router to my room, I plan to use this for a wired connection for my PC, however, I also want wi-fi coverage in my room for my phone and laptop.

 

Does anyone know how I can go about achieving this. because I genuinely have no idea on what to do.

Get a wireless access point with multiple ethernet ports. Plug your long cable into the AP's ether port marked 'WAN' and plug your desktop into one of the other ethernet ports.

Use your PC as a hotspot, on the wifi settings.
