Hello there

Yesterday I tried to delete the drivers of my keyboard from device manager, after that i uninstalled razer synapse and when I reinstalled it it was doing the update but now it wont detect my keyboard so i can not use razer synapse anymore

The things I tried:

-Uninstalling all mouse and keyboard drivers from device manager

-Deleting all Razer related files from program files x86 and programdata

-Restarting pc in between

-Installing Razer synapse

-This program from the Microsoft site https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed

After this I don't know what to do anymore, if nothing helps I might have to reinstall windows

Specs of my pc which could be useful

MB- Asus p7p55d

RAM- Corsair XMS3 1600MHz

CPU- Intel Core I7-860 @3.71GHz

OS- Windows 10 Professional

Keyboard- Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 Stealth

I hope someone can help me thank you

Definitely call the razer support line. When programs are installed and uninstalled, it often leaves info in registries that are pretty obscure. If anyone knew what registries they were it would be the razer support staff. If you can't find a way to fix it you could just re-install windows.
