Windows Server wont recognize my network card

Hi guys i recently installed windows server 2019 onto a threadripper 2 system

the processor is 2950x

the motherboard is the x399 taichi non M,

 

my problem is that i literally cant get my network cars that are built into the motherboard to work, it recognizes that there is a device there, but not what it is, it does recognize the bluetooth part of the driver though which is insane

 

any thoughts?

What network card does the board have built in.
 

Did you install the driver? Is there an error.

So it has from the manufacturer website:

 

2 x GigaLAN Intel^® I211AT

 

- Intel^® 802.11ac WiFi Module (Free Bundle)

 

Downloaded the driver from Asrocks website and the one from intel themselves and no luck

 

both times the error is that there is no intelR network card recognized

 

When i look in device manager i can figure out which device it should be but it comes up as an unknown device
