What is the best value for an Upgrade from my 860 Evo 250gb card? I will be getting a 500gb+ of any of these m.2s what should i get? I will be gaming mostly and streaming!

I'd get a 1TB Intel 660p for $115.

 

Unless you are content creating, you don't need NVMe but that Intel is a great price.

They look very similar in terms of performance. Samsung disks are very reliable.

 

I would say to let the prices decide for you.

I personnaly managed to buy a $100 Crucial 500MB drive and I'm glad with it. I was about to buy a samsung before seeing this offer.

I prefer the HO EX920/950 if that's cheaper, but otherwise get the SX8200 Pro. Their hardware and speeds are similar.

 

the Pilot only has 3 years of warranty and doesnt have official endurance rating at all (set aside whether you should trust one). The 970 Pro is expensive but advantages aren't prominent.
