Hey, yesterday I've upgraded my CPU from i5-3gen to i7-9700k, now because the price of the CPU I couldn't buy water cooler. I use an big fan cooler for the CPU.
*Note I did not overclocked my CPU.

While my PC on idle the temperature is hitting 38 max and that's fine but I did cenbench stresstest and while on full load on all of the 8 core, the temperature was hitting 88 max.
Is that's temperature is fine while full load?

My PC case is Cooler Master MasterBox E500L
and the cooler is Arctic Freezer 7 PRO Rev.2

Then thats normal.

Your case has a fairly limited airflow and your cooler is kinda basic but adequate enough.

If your motherboard is also doing its own OC then that can easily lead to high temps.
