Ryzen 5 1600X OC

So I was wondering how far can you overclock the Ryzen 5 1600X I've overclocked it to 4 GHz, and I watched YouTube videos but not a single one was about overclocking it to more than 4.1 GHz. What frequency is your 1600X running at?

1st gen Ryzen dont reach 4.1GHz under safe voltages. TR does but 4.1 is about the limit as well.

On which board did you do it? Which memory are you using? How have you tested the stability?

I haven't OC-ed my 1600X yet, but reaching 4GHz with the first gen Ryzen is the max for most people and many only reaching 3.8 to 3.9 stable.

It's very stable, I got it on an Asus x370-pro with crucial memory running at 2400 MHz

You'd get a higher performance boost if you were to increase the RAM frequency.

I will try 4.1 GHz at safe voltages just to see, hope I don't break anything

Try that. It's not really overclocking, it's increasing the frequency by loosening the timings.
