ninite.com will have all the stuff you need. Keep in mind all free utilities and programs will sometimes have an option for "toolbars" and dumb crap that you just check off during install. Basically don't slam the next button and spend 20 seconds reading during an install. 

 

Pick up malwarebytes while you are there. Free utilities/programs also can be started or not started at startup. The more stuff you have starting on a slower computer with little ram? The worse performance is going to be.

Ccleaner is made by Piriform.  So its best to download it on the Piriform website.  However FileHippo also has a mirror which is great.

Piriform is the creator of CCleaner. Always download software free or not from the official developers website. Reason for this is you may end up with a outdated version if you try grabbing it from a random mirror.
