Upgrade Recommendations? (CPU, MOBO, CASE)

Hi everyone, looking to upgrade my CPU, Motherboard and Case.

I have broken it down into parts to help you get as much info as possible for what I would like in total though here is a brief overview of my hardware.

CPU: Intel i5 4960K 3.5Ghz

RAM: 32GB

GFX: EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW 3

MBO: Z97 Gaming 5

CASE: NZXT H700i

HDD/SSD: 850 EVO 250GB, 850 EVO 500GB, WD Blue 4TB x2

COOLER: Coolmaster hyper 212

PSU: 850W EVGA GOLD G2

CPU - £500 Budget

I would like something that is good for multitasking and/or VR. I currently own an intel i5-4690K, though I can overclock I just prefer not to (I don’t feel experienced enough and I struggle to understand guides online on how otherwise I would just overclock my current CPU)

MOTHERBOARD - £500 Budget

I currently have a Z97 Gaming 5, I would like a motherboard with room to add in additional USB extension cards, I’m not entirely sure if I need to upgrade this BUT I just figured I would be willing to upgrade It in case it’s not compatible with any CPU recommended.

CASE - £500 Budget

Currently I have a NZXT H700i, while it is a nice case, I find it a bit big and I’m not a fan of the glass side after all. I would like something as small as possible, something that can fit on my desk ideally though given the fact that that some of my pre-existing hardware is rather large I’m not looking for it to be totally tiny, just ideally smaller than my current case, something more portable the better, I’m looking for something I can chuck a couple of Noctuas on as well for sound reasons. Ultimately whatever y’all deem best.

In total there's a £1,500 budget for my upgrades that does not include shipping, ideally I would like everything to come from either Overclockers.co.uk or Scan.co.uk as I can get a big discount on these but its not necessary.

CPU Motherboard combo

that motherboard has a lot of USB ports and for multi task ryzen is quite good and this bundle comes with ram and cooler

and

for case

since it's quite affordable and quite big inside and more compact than the H700i

Thanks for the recommendations! I like the Bundle but don't like the case at all sorry, I'm not into glass anymore.
