Good Laptop to run rust

Need a laptop for friend hes in canada max price is like $1100

 

Wants to run rust at good settings.

Can't do anything wrong with: HP ProBook 440 G5 (4QW84EA)

But check first if Rust runs well on intel 620 onboard chip! Benchmarks f.e.

All he gave me was the price and I said the same thing, told him he'd be better off with a desktop but moves a lot.

1100 in CAD? He needs a 1060 laptop (with proper cooling) for that purpose which is extremely hard to find with that budget
